Losing weight can be one of the most difficult challenges for people, especially for those with hormonal or blood sugar issues. For many individuals, it is very tricky to determine the exact amount of calories, protein, fats, carbs and nutrients required each day to stay healthy. Each person has a different metabolism, hormonal and chemical makeup, height, genetic predisposition for muscle mass, and nutritional deficiencies. All these things can make losing weight seem like an uphill battle. Instead of guessing what will help you reach your goals, I will tailorize your weight plan to suit your exact physiology.
Your weight loss plan will include:
D.R.E.S.S. Protocol ~
(Diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, supplementation)
-A customized diet plan that breaks down exactly how much of each macro, nutrients, and micronutrients are required for your body. This will be determined by your personal goals and current physiology. Food and entire meal plan examples provided.
-Exercise and fitness/weight lifting recommendations that will include rest times, recommendations on reaching specific goals (such as gaining muscle, losing fat, reducing joint pain and stress), how much sleep you should be getting, and how to create a good wind down environment to prepare for sleep.
-Supplement stack and access to discounted supplements (Fullscript discount)~ supplements can be very effective in replenishing micronutrients and helping promote healthy digestion and nutrient absorption. Most individuals have nutrient deficiencies or their gut barrier is not as strong as it should be. This makes it more difficult to digest protein and allocate resources, leading to further problems down and upstream. Many supplement brands do not have efficacy or the correct milligram amount. It can be also be difficult to know what time of day is best to take your supplements, what supplements interact with each other, and which supplements are most effective paired together.
Your plan will also include education on lab testing, supplement grading, and how your HPA axis functions.
